EVE Titan is a facial device manufactured by WEERO Co., Ltd. in South Korea, integrating radiofrequency, EMS neuromuscular electrical stimulation and microcurrent with a range of treatment heads, for salon use in facial contouring and scalp care treatments.

EMS (neuromuscular electrical stimulation) — current depolarises motor nerves to evoke mimetic muscle contraction, acting on the muscular layer.

An exploratory case series of facial EMS using EVE Titan was published on 24 July 2026 in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery – Global Open, the official journal of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (DOI: 10.1097/GOX.0000000000007955).
The study documented that 7 adults aged 24–39, after 10 sessions at 1–2 week intervals of approximately 20 minutes per side, showed qualitative trends toward commissural elevation and improved perioral and periocular tone under standardised imaging, with no adverse events throughout.
The research team explicitly describes these as hypothesis-generating findings rather than confirmation of efficacy. The sample was 7 people, with no control and no sham group, no objective measurement of any kind, and a narrow age range that cannot be extrapolated to older clients or more advanced laxity. (establishment registration number 3016087653), associated with 510(k) number K241433 (determined substantially equivalent on 4 June 2025; the device name on that 510(k) record is EVE Synergy (EVE-20M)), classified as a Class II powered muscle stimulator (product code IPF, 21 CFR 890.5850).
